Lilly Surveyors Ltd was founded by Alex Lilly BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 13 years’ experience in the construction industry. Our vision is to provide the most exemplary service possible by closely communicating with clients, building a vital bond of trust to achieve the best results. Lilly Surveyors Ltd can do all of this whilst maintaining fantastic value for money thanks to the youth, ambition and dynamism of the organisation.

Over the last 13 years, Alex has worked in residential and commercial markets, healthcare, the hotel and leisure industry, local authority, as well as public and educational establishments.
Alex studied Building Surveying at Reading University and began his career as a chartered building surveyor in London before returning to his home county of Cornwall to ply his trade.
Having lived and worked in Cornwall for most of his career, Alex has built an in depth local knowledge, which contributes to every project he works on.
